While we are very excited about inviting all you lovely people back to dine with us we feel it necessary to write this explanation about  some of the changes we have made in the restaurants, trust us we wish we didn’t have to but… well you know!!!

 

 

• Please do not visit us if any members of your party or their household have Covid-19 related symptoms

• All tables must be booked through our online system or over the phone with contact details provided that we will retain for 21 days.

• Hand sanitizer will be readily available throughout the restaurant and our guests are encouraged to use the touch free dispensers.

• We will be operating in accordance with the governments 1 metre plus guidelines

• All door handles or push plates will be disinfected a minimum of every hour during opening times

• Menus will be single use and disposed of after use.

• Cutlery, crockery and glassware will be washed and sterilized by team members in full PPE then stored until used. Cutlery will be brought to the table after food is ordered.

• Sauces will be brought to your table on request, when finished with the bottles will be wiped down with sanitizer ready for the next use

• Children are welcome as always but we will not be able to have prams or buggy’s in the service areas during busy times. Highchairs will still be available, which will be thoroughly cleaned between uses. Children must remain with their party at all times.

• Cash will be accepted but we would prefer card payments if possible

• It is table service only, no drinking at the bar unfortunately

• Toilets will be cleaned regularly and when in use please respect social distancing in corridors or waiting areas. We know it’s annoying but there’s no other way round it at the moment. 

• Your server will wear a shield or a mask and protective gloves

• Tables and seats will be cleaned in between sittings.

• At this time no table decorations or birthday cakes will be permitted on the premises.

• If you arrive early for your booking, please wait outside the premises until your booking time. We cannot accommodate people waiting in the bar area.

• Rules restricting excessive alcohol consumption will be enforced at this time. The staff will refuse to serve alcohol to anyone whom they consider to be intoxicated.

 

This is totally new to us as it is to you so please bare this in mind, we will regularly update things and make changes where needed.
